Q: Norbert, thank you for joining us during this crucial moment. Can you share the driving force behind Exposar’s decision to undergo this rebranding?

A: Thank you for having me. The main motivation behind Exposar’s rebranding comes from our realisation that our current branding wasn’t truly reflecting the essence of our services. At Exposar, we pride ourselves on being a full-service content provider that not only inspires the consumer of our partner brands but also informs them, ultimately leading to successful conversions. As we evolve, it felt like the perfect moment to introduce a refreshed branding, emphasising our commitment to provide a full service to our customers.

Q: Rebranding is more than just a change in appearance—it’s about refining the brand’s essence. Could you give us a glimpse of the values and culture that the new Exposar will embody?

A: Absolutely, rebranding is a journey into the soul of a brand. The new Exposar stands firmly on three foundational pillars: Persistence & Resourcefulness, Elegance & Ingenuity, and Openness & Gratitude. It’s around these values that our refreshed brand identity has been created.

Q: Visual content has the power to evoke emotions and tell stories. Can you tell us an instance where Exposar’s work played a central role in enhancing a brand’s narrative?

A: Visual content is a powerful tool in shaping brand narratives. Our collaboration with SUITSUIT is a testament to this. We went on a journey to digitally transform their entire suitcase collection, ensuring each image was of the highest quality. This not only enhanced the chances of conversion but also ensured customers had all the necessary information to make an informed purchase decisions with adding how-to videos to inform and campaign videos to inspire the consumer.

Q: Your services range from product photography to model videos. In this diverse spectrum, how do you ensure each client’s unique vision is brought to life while maintaining Exposar’s signature touch?

A: Ensuring that each client’s unique vision is realized, while also infusing Exposar’s signature touch, is a balance we’ve mastered. Our approach cultivates a partnership built on trust. A good example of this approach is our long lasting relationship with our launch customer Hunkemöller from 2014, who remains a trusted partner to this day.

Q: The industry has seen significant shifts. How does the new Exposar intend to adapt to emerging trends and continue being a leader in the visual content world?

A: In the ever-evolving landscape of visual content, staying ahead requires a all-round approach. At Exposar, we try to stay ahead of competition by prioritising strong partnerships and continuously updating our techniques. The essence of the new Exposar is about sharing our knowledge and insights with our partners and clients, ensuring our community is informed and empowered.

Q: Collaboration has been key to Exposar’s success. How will this rebranding create even stronger partnerships with clients and collaborators?

A: Collaboration is central to Exposar’s spirit. With our rebranding, we aim to produce distinctive visual content that enables our clients to distinguish themselves from their competitors. This commitment to understanding and consistency is how we aim to fortify our partnerships in this new chapter for Exposar.
